A prototype software agency where every role but mine is held by an AI agent. An orchestrator leads each job and delegates to nine role agents, each limited by permissions rather than instructions, and two blind validators must pass every release. I approve every price, merge, deploy and email.

02HoldlineProof of concept

One-to-one service, at disruption scale.

When a flight is cancelled, an ElevenLabs voice agent calls every passenger at once over Twilio. It switches to French mid-call, hands off to a specialist without the passenger repeating themselves, and stays inside policy. When two callers race for the last seat, an atomic hold in the reservation service makes sure only one gets it. Includes the narrated demo.
